Trondheim is served by rail, bus, boat (Coastal Steamer) and air from major cities in Norway and Europe. The city of Trondheim maintains a comprehensive description of how to get to Trondheim. There are direct international flights from Amsterdam, Copenhagen, London and some other locations in Europe. However, Oslo is the main hub with more than 30 daily flights to Trondheim. Carriers: Norwegian , SAS  (Star Alliance), KLM and Widerøe.

We recommend you to use a shuttle bus from and to Trondheim Airport Værnes: Flybussen and Værnes Ekspressen. Flybussen operates every 10 minutes. The driving time between the airport and the city is about 40 minutes. The shuttle busses are lined up in the street just outside the arrival terminal. Tickets can be purchased on the bus (most credit cards are accepted). The shuttle busses pass by most major hotels in the city, including Radisson Blu Royal Garden Hotel. Ask the driver for guidance when you purchase your ticket.
All hotels in the city center are within walking distance to the NTNU, Gløshaugen campus. From downtown, the main bus is otherwise AtB bus 5 (direction Lohove, bus stop: Gløshaugen Nord). When you are at the NTNU campus, we recommended you use MazeMap to find your way.

On Sunday 4/10 there is a direct evening flight (at 18:00) with to London that could bring you directly from our ICEC2015 to CHIPLAY2015.

We recommend you to stay at Radisson Blu Royal Garden Hotel – Trondheim. It is the main location of the conference and we have negotiated special prices for the participants.
