Participants are invited by the City of Trondheim and Adresseavisen, the regional news media house, to a reception and concert. The hosts are pleased to present Kirsti Huke (vocal), Erik Nylander (drums) og Ola Kvernberg (violin), all with background from music performance studies at Department of Music, NTNU. They are today among the leading Norwegian artists in jazz on the international scene.
The Norwegian newspaper Adressavisen is one of our sponsor and will host the reception in its new building and the associated interactive park. The park aims to be a living laboratory for science and art experimentation, technologically designed by NTNU, headed by Prof. Andrew Perkis. The park is also a living arena for citizen recreation and entertainment. Artist Wendy Ann Mansilla is developing the so called “idle mode” installation on the park. The idea is that the citizens themselves with focus on young ones will be empowered to produce, share, and enjoy their own interactive media experiences.
Refreshments will be served. Dinner after the event will be on personal initiative.
